This is a 125-acre parcel for the development of a single-family homes, apartment complexes, public works building and commercial/retail development. During 2024, most of the engineering tasks will be focused on Block I, Block IV & Block V utilities crossings and conceptual lot layout, grading & sewer preliminary designs for Block I.
