Gregg T. Sasse- Executive Director
Gregg T. Sasse joined SALT in April, 2011 as the Senior Project Manager and now serves as the Executive Director. His passion for the non-profit community has been developed over many years of working in real estate projects that have provided opportunities for affordable homeownership and a safe place for a family to live. Mr. Sasse brings over thirty-five years of professional experience in residential, commercial and land development thru Arizona and Southern California. During his career, he has held various leadership roles in the local and real estate industry as a business owner, broker, developer, investor and project manager.
Gregg’s passion for real estate and construction began after he graduated from the University of Arizona’s Eller School of Management with a concentration in Real Estate. He also holds a professional designation of Project Management Professional (PMP), and has been a Designated Real Estate Broker since 1992.
Mr. Sasse is a member of the Tucson Chapter of the Project Management Institute, Pima County Real Estate Council, Metropolitan Pima Alliance, and the Tucson Board of Realtors. In addition to his participation in a variety of community endeavors, Mr. Sasse loves spending time with his family, hiking, skiing, racquetball and traveling.
Debi Seidl- Director of Accounting and Finance
Debi Seidl, as Director of Accounting and Finance of Southern Arizona Land Trust Inc., is responsible for all accounting and finance functions of the organization. A committed leader and team builder, Debi has an extensive accounting background in commercial and residential property management and development as well as leadership roles in several non-profit organizations including an international hunting and wildlife organization, college preparatory school, golf and country club and social service agency. A native of Green bay Wisconsin, Debi made Tucson her home upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She is an avid sports fan of both Wisconsin and Arizona teams although they occasionally compete against each other. Debi also enjoys outdoor activities including golf, hiking and swimming. A trip to every National Park is on her bucket list!
