Location: 120 E. Drexel Rd through 180 E. Drexel Rd 85706
This project consists of four (4) duplexes, (8) unit project that have been sold to Family Housing Resources Inc. (FHR) This project received $750,000 in Pima County GAP funding which was used for the construction of the units. This is a rental project with an 80% AMI maximum for future tenants. SALT was the project manager for the development and construction of this project.
