In 2015 SALT completed the construction of 9 new homes for sale to qualified low to moderate income purchasers. These homes were beautifully built on large lots, with extraordinary energy efficiency, ceramic tile and other upgraded finishes. The Corona Road Estates community also benefited from partnerships with Trees for Tucson who helped with the installation of dozens of trees, and Habitat for Humanity Tucson who was able to provide affordable housing to four more families in their program in 2016. The completion of this 20 home Neighborhood Revitalization Project in March 2016 has been a collaborative effort and a tremendous success! SALT thanks all of our partners, homeowners, tenants and community support in helping make this happen.
